10 builders in our Tampa Bay directory name Odessa as a service area on their own website (or are based there). They are ranked by the same published score as the main table. Checked October 23, 2026.
How the score works (0–100): 75 points from a Bayesian-weighted Google rating, up to 15 from years in business, up to 10 from the pool types and services the company names. The weighted rating = (reviews × rating + 20 × 4.3) / (reviews + 20), so a 5.0 from 3 reviews doesn't outrank a 4.8 from 300. Companies whose rating we could not verify get the 4.3 prior. No company paid for its rank. Full methodology.
