How we picked
- Listed: the company's own website says it builds new pools and serves the Tampa Bay area (listing rules).
- Ranked: by the 0–100 score: 75 points from a Bayesian-weighted Google rating, up to 15 for years in business, up to 10 for the pool types and services it names.
- Included here: only builders whose Google rating we could verify (shown on their PoolPad profile, checked 2026-10-23). Others stay in the full directory; a missing rating is not a judgment of their work.
- Not paid, not inspected: no builder paid to appear or for its position, and we have not inspected anyone's work. "Best" means the highest score on these public signals, not an endorsement. Check the license yourself before you sign (see the licensing guide).
